About Patrick Buckley
I am from Denver Colorado and I am currently attending the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. I am an active member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity at Miami University. I am also a member of the club soccer team. At the Farmer School of Business my first year I took the FYIC or First Year Integrated Core classes where we analyzed companies\' financial reports and formulated a strategy by using financial equations and financial models to effectively reach out to new customers while reducing marketing costs. This has helped me improve in many skills. These skills include teamwork, critical thinking, professional communication, project management, innovation and creativity. These skills helped me at my summer country club lifeguarding job by promoting me to lead lifeguard on my 5th year working there. Then 3 weeks into the summer because of my professional communication skills and creativity they promoted me to Pool manager. I am currently looking for an internship in Colorado for this upcoming summer in marketing or finance. Thank you so much for your time.
