Coordinate Training Schedule to achieve a successful fill rate and training completion % in the required timeframe for all Training initiatives within multiple LOB• Collaborate with different department (OD, Capacity, Learning Governance and Operations) to secure class, including SLF or Ops lead, date, time etc…• Manage a team of coordinators, that take care of finalize the class list and send invite to CSS. Collaborate with the Engagement and Adoption manager to sustain 1Mission participation and content delivery.• Manage the WBT initiatives and communicate completion rate as well as identify area of focus for different LOB.• Collaborate with Frontline Tools team, Content and comm and Ops to make sure right content goes into 1Mission and to be,with the Engagement Manager, the gatekeeper for both Fido and Rogers.• Deliver an All Inclusive experience to Ops during X-Train or Skill Enhancement (Profile Update, XTrain submission into SAM Portal…)• Conduct meeting with all different dept to talk about completion, new training initiative, delivering strategy.• Make sure our internal tool is up to date with changes to training (Date/Status/Type etc…)
