San Diego International Airport, Arrive T1 project$3B, Design Build.Project consists of 1/2 mile of new terminal 1 building space, 11 additional gates and 19 new gates to total 30 gates for travelers, car parking structure, Elevated Departure roadways, Smart Curb departure check in, 2 new pedestrian bridges, and all the utility and technology upgrades to support the build. I am proud to have joined Turner and the Arrive team to build the new Terminal 1 Arrive project at The San Diego International Airport. Our design build Joint Venture Team, Turner, Gensler, Flatiron are a dedicated group and some of the most talented designers and builders in America. We have joined forces with hundreds of subcontractors to meet local and small business goals as well as remain sustainable and forward thinking throughout this Iconic project which is a monumental milestone for San Diego and visitors.

I am a builder fortunate enough to have been part of transformative projects that shape our community and serve millions of people. My commercial building career began in self-perform concrete and includes general contracting experience in roles as Project Engineer, Quality Manager, and Superintendent. I am a high energy builder focused on the positive impact a good attitude and a cooperative approach brings to problem solving and project execution. PROJECT EXPERIENCE:Turner construction: 2022 - Present • $3 Billion dollar San Diego International Airport New Terminal 1 Replacement Program project, Includes: New Terminal 1 - Design/build - 1.5 Million SF of occupiable space, 9 acres of roofing, hold rooms, concessions, Passenger Boarding Bridges, Tensile Fabric Structures, 4 miles of Baggage Handling Systems, TSA security features, and 30 new gates delivered in two phases. Parking Plaza - Design/build - stall, 5 stories, 2 million SF occupiable space, post tensioned, cast in place concrete structure. New arrivals and departures roadways and bridges with wayfinding Central Utility plant upgrades and supporting site utilities. Sundt Construction: 20••••22Cumulative project value over $2B dollars: • CSU student housing • K-12 modernization and new construction • Aviation • Commercial office space • Hospitals and senior living • Courthouses and detention centers.
