Provide leadership and management for the operations within Chartis Research, reporting to the Global Brand Director for Chartis. This role manages a team of researchers and operations staff located in London and North America and other locations. This role is responsible for the systems and processes required for the production of all products and services. Additionally functioning as Head of US Business Operations for InfoPro Digital and the senior executive in the Nashville location across all Infopro Digital brands, reporting to the Managing Director for the Americas. This position is responsible for the overall operations including the NY and Nashville physical office space and also acts as the local manager for all Risk Global staff attached to the Nashville office.
