Patrick is a well respected real estate professional who prides himself on using the most up to date market information, along with the best available technology allowing him to ensure that his clients are receiving the best terms possible on both the purchase or sale side of any transaction. Patrick\'s goal is to continually develop strategies to make sure that his clients needs are met from the start of their search through settling into their new home. His objective is to not only make sure they are comfortable in their new residence but that they are also able to see meaningful appreciation in their investment in the future. Specializing in the Luxury real estate market Patrick has placed clients in some of the premier buildings in the city including The Ritz Carlton, The Mandarin Oriental, 45 Province, Millennium Place and Millennium Tower along with several others. This has allowed him to build an extensive network of clients on both the domestic and international front. Patrick was raised in Bourne, Massachusetts. He earned his bachelor\'s degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. When he is not working Patrick enjoys spending time with his friends, family and chocolate lab Doyle. He is an avid boater and skiier.
