GRRSP\'s)From my experience in the industry, I found there were great advantages for outsourcing administion in the form if third party administration. From this realization, BaiTrack Benefit Administrators Inc was born. BaiTrak partners with clients HR departments by becoming an extension of their organizations. BaiTrak enables clients to have speciality carriers and thereby have a multi-carrier solution. As a result, companies can enjoy the economies of scale that help reduce employer costs, all while providing enhanced benefits. BaiTrak and Baicorp work in partnership: we help you design a unique program, coupled with simple administrative solutions.
