After 20+ years in the corporate world, I recently acquired the Southeast Texas territory for Multivista and now run the business as Managing Principal. Multivista provides Owners, Developers, Asset Managers and/or Construction Managers a complete record of their entire build process from pre-existing site conditions through to completion. From photos linked directly to plans, to aerial drone coverage, to live stream webcams, to 3-D immersive site walks, we provide a complete and thorough record of everything inside walls, floors, ceilings, building envelope, slabs, and the entire site. Should any stakeholder have issues with quality, delays, warranties, punch-lists, leaks, future renovations, or general operations & maintenance, they have a comprehensive record to show who did what, when and how something was or was not installed correctly.I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Rice University with a focus on accounting and finance. I also completed an executive education course in Lean Operations from Northwestern University.
