I’m a clinical psychologist with a background in finance and a passion for practical solutions that improve people’s lives. As founder of Inner Fokus, I’ve spent over a decade offering patient-centered care and leading a team committed to making therapy approachable, effective, and meaningful.Today, I combine that clinical experience with executive coaching and organizational consulting, helping teams build healthier culture through clarity, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. I’m also the creator of screen-free conversation tools for families, born out of my work with parents navigating burnout and disconnection.Whether I’m guiding a leader, supporting a parent, or planting something new in my backyard, I lead with integrity, empathy, and a belief that even small changes can create lasting impact.

I lead a team focused on providing high-quality, personalized mental health services.
