To manage the higher-risk building on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the relevant legislations, the building safety cases and provide information as required to the new Building Safety Regulatory Department.• Steer the implementation of the Fire Safety Act, Fire Safety England Regulations, Building Safety Act and associated regulations with a property portfolio of diverse types of buildings ranging from mid-level to tall (high-rise) residentials commercial buildings, students’ accommodations, care homes & retirement living. • Lead and manage the development of the Building Safety Cases and systems for sharing the data with residents and statutory bodies. Registered all the high-rise buildings on the HSE portal with all the relevant KBIs.• Implement the Resident & Building Safety engagement and governance processes, including the development of the annual safety charter report. • Pilot the Division\'s fire safety and Compliance teams, developing work plans that are based on risk assessments and prioritisation of resources. Supervising the developing of new and reviewing existing Fire Safety Strategies in order to establish its suitability.• Review and carryout external wall surveys for all buildings within the scope of a high-rise buildings.• Monitor all FRA remedial actions till satisfactory completions.• Manage the monthly firefighting systems checks and reporting, the quarterly and annual inspections of all the high-rise building fire doors.• Manage and regularly update the incident report on the London Fire Brigade portal of all our high-rise buildings registered on the LFB portal.• Support the development policy and procedures for the primary areas of compliance - Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Gas, Electricity and Lifts.
