ABOUT PATRICIA MILDENBERGER

At CBRE, the Talent Acquisition team works as a partnership where our commercial knowledge, pursuit of talent expertise and profile of hire excellence is our core focus. I am part of our Executive Search team, a Europe-wide team of Talent Acquisition Partners, with whom we consult, hunt and acquire senior talent for CBRE´s European business lines. My mission is to support CBRE\'s growth and vision by attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry! My core competencies include strong communication and problem-solving skills with efficiency while bolstering internal collaboration. I have strong skills in Microsoft Office, customer focus and dive deep approach, as well as HR Masterclass certification from #suHR. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CBRE Investment Management, I was responsible for the recruitment of diverse and talented professionals for the European region. I have over six years of experience in human resources and recruitment, having worked previously as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Amazon and a Recruitment Consultant at Hays. I hold Bachelor\'s degree in European studies & Politics from University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava along Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla. I am business fluent in English, Slovak/Czech, and Spanish (with French and German as work-in-progress), and passionate about connecting people and cultures.
