Patti Schauer is the matching left-brain for Core Creative, Inc- a predominately right-brained company. Tasked with managing the overall financial and human resources operations, Patti doesn’t simply accumulate numbers for Core. Rather, she has dedicated herself to interpreting these numbers and uncovering opportunities. Prior to keeping Core accountable, Patti spent more than 20+ years helping companies and clients realize their full potential including Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson, and Hornik, LLC, Intrepid Corporation (parent company of Trek Bicycles Corp.) and Deloitte. Since she joined Core Creative more than nine years ago, Core has experienced over 400 percent growth. Under Patti’s guidance Core Wellness and Core Gives programs were founded, Core was recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in America, Best Places to Work, and it also became the first agency in Milwaukee to earn the Small Business Well Workplace Award.
