I verify model information to ensure compliance with the Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs) and Project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), while also contributing to the development of strategic BIM documentation, including BEPs, EIRs, and AIRs. I assist in clash detection and data verification, clearly communicating findings to design teams to support effective coordination. I participate in design coordination meetings, recording issues and following up on agreed resolutions. Additionally, I deliver technical demonstrations and training to clients, and produce accurate project models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project standards. My experience is focused primarily on educational, healthcare, and commercial sector projects.
