As a Training Manager with Holland America, my primary goal is to maximize sales and the customer experience by determining training needs and implementing fleet-wide plans to increase sales revenue. I am also responsible for influencing the career and professional the Shore Excursions Staff and manage a variety of organizational development interventions along with professional training and development programs. I do this by observing, conduct needs assessments and create development plans and training with on board Leadership and Leadership in Seattle to enhance productivity and growth. I serve as a coach, mentor, consultant and ambassador of the enterprise.
