I have always had a deep interest in psychology. Born in Austria and having traveled extensively, these experiences laid the foundation for my passion for learning about the diverse cultures and customs of people from all walks of life. I initially started my career as an Assistant Buyer but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit. This led me to pivot into Marketing, driven by my desire to gain deeper insights into human behavior.My work with AmeriCorps further ignited my passion and inspired me to pursue a career as a mental health therapist and wellness coach. At the core of my approach are the values of altruism, inclusivity, and curiosity. I am deeply committed to helping facilitate healing and positive change in others, and I find great fulfillment in supporting individuals to achieve their goals by building rapport and fostering an environment of growth and transformation.
