As President & CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, Patricia Wilson Aden leads the Philadelphia region\'s foremost arts and culture advocacy organization. The Cultural Alliance leads, strengthens and amplifies the voices of over 400 members organizations that make up the region\'s cultural community. Aden is an unwavering advocate for the arts and culture sector with more than 40-years of experience leading non-profit cultural organizations. At the Cultural Alliance, she serves as a thought leader and trusted resource for the Greater Philadelphia creative sector. Since joining the Cultural Alliance as President & CEO, Aden has repositioned the organization as a leading arts service organization, nationally recognized for advocacy and research. Aden has led the development of the organization\'s new strategic plan and launched its rebranding. She has opened a new era of collaboration with local, state and national peers. Under her leadership, the Cultural Alliance has spearheaded campaigns to urge arts and cultural priorities at the federal, state and local levels. She has prioritized the development of Philadelphia\'s first cultural plan and establishing a dedicated arts fund.Aden reports to the Cultural Alliance\'s Board of Directors and is responsible for directing the organization\'s staff.
