   When joining First National Bank, I researched the country’s top internship programs and best practices surrounding what Emerging Professionals are looking for in an employer today. With that research in mind, I developed an exciting and value adding Corporate Internship Program. We continue to develop and manage the Internship Program, with programming focusing on employee empowerment and innovation.In 2012, I also developed and launched First National Connect, an emerging professionals group for First National Bank employees. First National Connect\'s mission is to attract, develop and retain emerging talent by investing in our employees. FNC is committed to creating an engaging and inclusive environment in which every member has the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, through relationship building, development and community service. Besides the work listed above, I have the great opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Some of these including: 2013 Zoofari, Tuition Reimbursement, HR United Way Campaign, Henry Doorly Zoo Membership Drive, Kaneko Membership Drive, Adopt a School with Benson High School, OPS Academy of Finance and more to come.
