Responsible for assisting in the management, planning, and implementation of the college’s outreach and recruitment efforts, building relationships and partnerships that support the college’s strategic goals of attracting and retaining a diverse student population, providing community information and educational outreach programs, and serving as a community liaison to establish effective relationships on behalf of the college’s community visibility. Coordinate the admissions process, tracks perspective students, and coordinates with advising, technical high school and Instruction for the efficient, effective enrollment of students into Career Training programs. Member of the Strategic Enrollment Management Committee, establish quantitative measures for recruitment and enrollment data to gauge outreach effectiveness in accordance with goals and objectives outlined in the college’s strategic plan. Develop, coordinate, plan and execute the college’s outreach and recruitment program. Develop and maintain partnerships with business community and labor to provide professional development - training and be the College of choice. Leader in the creation and management of successfully proven k-12 transition into higher education recruitment and enrollment strategies.
