ABOUT PATRICIA STAEBLER
Patricia E. Staebler started her career in her family’s engineering office in Germany where she was responsible for cost estimation, construction budget, and site supervision. She managed the 15-head engineering office and was also responsible for the property management of 60+ commercial and residential rental units. Since living in SW Florida Ms. Staebler concentrates on commercial and residential real estate with emphasis on construction. She became an Insurance Claims Adjuster in 2005 and a State-Certified General Appraiser in 2006 and opened her firm shortly after. As a member of the Appraisal Institute she was awarded the SRA designation in 2010.
