Lead business communications strategy for Nestlé’s U.S. shared services organization (financial and employee services for seven operating companies) supporting more than U.S. employees.• Oversee employee communications with focus on ensuring understanding of HR and Financial policies/procedures as well as potential changes in current ways of working. • Conduct strategic communication planning, project management and execution/distribution of communications and supporting materials (eblasts, newsletters, videos, intranet content, town halls).• Manage corporate intranet site, including content design and development. • Work with internal customers to execute effective change management strategies, including plan development and execution.• Collaborate with communications colleagues across all Nestlé Operating Companies in North America (Nestlé USA, Nestlé Canada, Nestlé Purina PetCare, Nestlé Professional, Nestlé Nutrition and Nestlé HealthScience).
