I provide strategic legal counseling for companies in various industries, with a focus on business and corporate law, contracts and litigation. I have over 12 years of experience as a licensed attorney in both California and Brazil, and I leverage my extensive knowledge of international and comparative law to advise clients on cross-border transactions and disputes.I also serve as a Member of the Board of Directors and Secretary at the Brazil-Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, where I promote cultural, social, educational, and commercial relations between Brazilians and Minnesotans.
