I managed the integration of historical financial data from multiple, disparate data sources to ensure that investors and senior leadership had accurate post-acquisition consolidated financial reports. I facilitated budget and forecast training for 500 users, covering 1500+ internal cost centers and client P&L. the company\'s forecast and budget process cycle, ensuring that our forecasting tool was prepared for inputs from Operations and Executive teams. I developed budget, forecast and actual tracking tools to evaluate total spend on the proprietary Sphere suite of technology products. Improved financial insight into Information Technology and Product Development teams to ensure cost effective management, while driving new technology sector growth.
