I am a seasoned engineering and quality leader with over 20 years of experience delivering operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction across global industrial operations. Currently, I serve as the Project Engineering Cluster Leader at Schneider Electric, leading Project Engineering Managers across Power Systems plants in the USA and Canada. My teams are responsible for designing and delivering complex, high-performance electrical systems that power critical infrastructure across North America.At Schneider Electric, I’ve held progressive leadership roles in project engineering, design, and quality management. I’ve led teams of over 70 engineers, driven large-scale engineering operations, and implemented lean methodologies through the Schneider Performance System (SPS). Before joining Schneider, I served as Quality Manager at Megatech Industries, where I led the implementation of a Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949:2016 standards and led initiatives to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. I also managed customer audits for major OEMs such as Volkswagen, Renault, PSA, and Ford, ensuring alignment with their high standards and expectations.Earlier in my career, I spent over 13 years at Groupe Renault, where I held several leadership roles, including QMS and Quality Engineering Supervisor and Quality Control Supervisor. I led quality systems across multiple plants, achieved eight ISO 9001 certifications with zero major non-conformities, and played a key role in transitioning Renault’s QMS to the 2015 standard across three industrial sites with over employees. I also contributed to global development projects, led customer satisfaction initiatives, and was a member of Renault’s international body noise engineering team.I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have led initiatives on cost reduction, process efficiency, and supplier performance.I was also responsible for the Quality workstream in a footprint optimization initiative, ensuring process quality and securing validation from the customer, industrial deployment team, and line of business. This included risk assessment, control checkpoints, line audits, mitigation plans, and data analysis to support a smooth and validated transition.My leadership is defined by strategic vision, technical depth, and a passion for developing people and systems.
