About Patricia MacChi
Patricia is a VP at STV serving as the National Director of Economics and Grants. She is a seasoned Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in benefit-cost analysis, economic impact assessments, economics and financial modeling, and funding of infrastructure projects for a variety of modes. She brings national and international experience to STV having worked on infrastructure finance for A/E firms, consulting firms as well as the World Bank. In addition to her economics background, her experience includes guiding clients during the grant application process, drafting successful grant narratives and preparing benefit-cost models for DOTs, local and state agencies.
