STRATEGIC ACHIEVEMENTS STRATEGIC PLANNING – Formalized strategy to incorporate research, input from community and Subject Matter Experts (SME), and the HERstory from City of Columbus Franklin County Black Girls, ages 11-22 to produce report on the Quality of Life Indicators (QOL). COMMUNITY PREVENTION MARKETING – Spearheaded initiative to acquire pinwheels and leveraged the pinwheel concept as visuals to create conversation to prioritize prevention from the start to make sure child abuse and neglect never occur. Selected as reminder that every child deserves a safe, happy, and permanent home. GRANT WRITING & MANAGEMENT – Research, write, and manage $50K to $1.4M grants from federal, state, and local organizations, as well as private foundations HEALTH DATA ANALYSIS – Identify opportunities to deploy data analysis to help organizations utilize their data to inform practice, create processes, and add value to their services. CONFERENCE SPEAKERNational Association of Social Workers (NASW) – Ohio Chapter wants to thank you again for presenting at Virtual 2020 Annual Conference and sticking with us through the transition to virtual.
