Patricia Loveall has 30 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the Greater Puget Sound and throughout the United States. During this time, Ms. Loveall has been responsible for sales and leasing in excess of 17 million square feet of industrial and office space and land sales in excess of 800 acres. Ms. Loveall is a Partner and Senior Vice President of Kidder Mathews. Patricia offers extensive experience in a variety of areas including landlord and tenant representation, acquisition and disposition, build-to-suits and investment sales. Significant assignments include: Industrial Build-to-Suits for Home Depot Distribution Services - SF, Michaels Distribution Center - SF, and Primus International (Precision Castparts Corp.)- SF. Industrial Tenant Representation: HD Supply - SF, Pregis - SF, JC Penney - SF. Landlord Representation: TIAA-CREF - SF Portfolio - Kent Valley Industrial Dispositions include the former PACCAR Peterbilt Truck Plant - SF and former PACCAR Kenworth Truck Plan - SF and The Boeing Company - 155 acres. Office Tenant Representation includes the Eddie Bauer World Headquarters - SF and Univar USA Headquarters - SF.
