I am the program coordinator for the CreativeWorks program. Our mission is to foster innovative thinkers and directly funnel youth into creative industries that enliven our arts and entertainment economy. CreativeWorks fills a large deficit in education, art centered programming and workforce development for some of PG County’s most vulnerable residents: youth of color. Program interns are in the crucial years of their lives that will define their trajectory and launch them closer to their dreams. CreativeWorks exists to be that launching pad.
