ABOUT PATRICIA PIANE

Throughout my 36 years of real estate experience, I have been exposed to and performed various duties in all facets of the real estate industry. I have held positions in the property management and accounting field interfacing with development, leasing, construction and legal in preparing and executing various projects within my portfolio. I have accrued a multiple of skills including excellent tenant and supplier relations, management operations and creative problem solving. I was recently employed as a Senior Property Manager where I was responsible for the operation and maintenance activities for approximately square feet of industrial, office and retail space of 18 properties. My responsibilities included and were not limited to the preparation of annual budgets; forecasting of expenses on a quarterly basis; ensuring that all contractors have properly executed the work as per their contracts; analysis of the net operating income – specifically explanations for the variances in expenses and provide strategic programs to ensure the achievement of financial objectives; ensure that tenant issues are dealt with in a timely manner; mentor and develop staff members to achieve results and objectives as set by the company. I continuously demonstrate my enthusiasm to lead and assist my colleagues in order to achieve the company’s objectives. I am a strong team player and I always share my knowledge and experiences with my colleagues to allow them to benefit and grow. I work diligently to provide excellence in all my professional endeavours and have earned a reputation in the industry for my integrity, initiative and results-driven work ethic.
