   The Builder Platform is a human-centered network designed to support the inaugural National Science Foundation\'s (NSF) Regional Innovation Engines. We are committed to meeting the NSF Engines at their current development stage, identifying unique challenges and opportunities, connecting them to resources, providing expertise, and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed at precisely the right moment.As the Executive Director, I drive the execution and mission of The Builder Platform, empowering NSF Regional Innovation Engine Awardees to enhance innovation, establish sustainable ecosystems, and promote inclusive economic growth.Key Responsibilities- Lead a dynamic team of Platform Managers and Program Coordinators, overseeing the execution of the Builder Platform strategy- Develop and implement strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Core Partners- Continuously refine the Builder Platform strategy, incorporating feedback from the Platform team, Program team, Awardees, and NSF- Direct the development and delivery of consultative, programmatic, and community-oriented offerings of The Builder Platform- Create a peer-learning network and community among all Regional Engine stakeholders, fostering collaboration throughout The Builder Platform- Achieve all agreed-upon milestones in collaboration with the leadership team and NSF partners- Collect data and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to improve program offerings continually and design highly relevant content and support.
