Currently operate as the Senior Associate Pastor over the Children, Youth and Young Adult as well as Women\'s Ministries. • Responsible for planning and implementing worship services• Plans, develops and implements religious and educational programs to compliment the overall mission and vision of the church• Conducts new youth, young adult, and women orientations with incorporating religious and personality assessments for ministry placement • Conducts organizational meetings and develops a strategic plan of action • Spearheading prayer meetings and devotion • Assists in addressing the spiritual and emotional needs of the congregants • Church liaison at Marion County Women’s Jail, providing spiritual guidance and worship experiences
