My Expertise: Experienced sales and engagement pace-setter. As a sales rep, rather than churn through leads, I looked for clients\' primary goals, match the best learning experience within the suite of products, then actually walked each client through their newly-purchased education resources. The formula I followed resulted in repeat sales, and statistically tracked trade-lift. TD Ameritrade restructured the education sales comp plan to incentivize behaviors that I had been doing from the beginning. Established best practices in call center and in-person event sales. New hires were positioned next to me after initial training to reinforce those best practices. LEAN - team training included stock market recap, content matching to client needs, effective use of SAP/CRM, and other skills. Content writing - from marketing call-to-action slogans, to story-telling, to educational content, I take complex new concepts and communicate so that novices can understand, and put into practice. Resolving Compliance Issues - duplicating content creation skills across a team of investment education writers. Researcher/Writer - Research is not knowing the answers, but being able to articulate a question and knowing where to start looking for answers to those questions. Technology as a solution - focused on outcomes. Early adopter and quick study. Change is a constant. But resilience is one of the intangibles that help employers thrive in change.
