Wow! Has it been more than 3 decades - almost 4 - since I graduated nursing school? The journey has been AMAZING.rewarding, educational, enlightening, empowering! I bring a rich background of experience with skills ranging from health, wellness and fitness (remember when we were called aerobic instructors lol?) to Healthcare Management, Patient Advocacy, Nurse Case Management. I am a family business owner, proud to develop relationships with ICO\'s, TPA\'s and lots of other acronyms - you know who you are! Beyond nursing, I have an MS degree focused in Sports Medicine from Chapman University. I practice Reiki, CST and Sound Healing. I enjoy presenting live or via this electronic connection on a variety of topics. I am #blessed, can I share that I am married for 39 years? And my granddaughters are my heart\'s true light.
