ABOUT PATRICIA BROOKS
With over 18 years of dedicated experience in the public safety industry, I have had the privilege of serving my community in various roles starting as a Communications Operator, Division Supervisor to the seconded role of managing the Next Generation 9-1-1 Project at the London Fire Department. As the Project Manager, I lead the implementation of NG9-1-1 which went live in January 2025. This innovative and transformative technology has enhanced our capabilities and efficiency of our emergency communications, and future features will enhance the safety and well-being of our community.
