Legal Department responsibilities• Provide legal support to all business functions on a variety topics including contract negotiations, employment counseling, Patent and Trademarks maintenance, Privacy advice, regulatory compliance advice and commercial disputes and litigation matters. • Create and maintain legal department contract templates. • Engage and manage relationships with external counsel. • Supervise legal team comprised of 2 attorneys and 1 legal operations specialist.
