I am a highly accomplished clinical research leader and experience directing all aspects of large, complex, global clinical trials from bid through planning, design, launch, and execution. At Medpace, I oversee a large number of sponsor engagements. I design clinical trials that align with sponsors’ business objectives, and manage trials that achieve business, quality, and safety goals on time and within budget. Maintain in-depth, hands-on knowledge of compliance and regulations related to post-market, investigational device exemption (IDE) and investigational new drug (IND) trials. Additionally, I mentor clinical trial managers (CTMs), drive CTMs to effectively work with and share goals with sponsor teams, and deliver training on presentations and communications to sponsor executives.
