ABOUT PATRICIA A. MULVANIA

Patricia (Patty) A. Mulvania is a Vice President of Flood Operations with Assurant Specialty Property, American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida. In this role, Patty coordinates/manages/leads, the day to day Flood Operations as wells as the Company Principal Coordinator for FEMA with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP.) Patty has more than 27 year’s Insurance experience with 20 years of that in Flood Insurance. Prior to starting in the Flood Insurance business, Patty spent 10 years as in the Personal Property and Casualty Insurance and as wells as Customer Service Call Center experience. Before joining Assurant Specialty Property in 2003, Patty worked 6 years for a diverse range of organizations, including Acceptance Insurance Company, Redlands Flood Division, and Mutual of Omaha with Omaha Property and Casualty Flood Division. Specialties: She holds the following designations Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI), is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) in Arizona and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR.) She is an active member of the Association of State Flood Plain Managers (ASFPN), National Flood Determination Association (NFDA) as well as a licensed Property and Casualty Agent in all states.
