Human Resources and People leader with 12+ years of experience driving organizational growth, culture transformation, and talent strategy across corporate, nonprofit, and arts organizations. I work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to implement data-driven HR solutions, drive organizational change, and ensure an engaged and empowered workforce.Previously, I served as Strategic HR Business Partner at Impact Learning Centers, where I supported academic programs for students in underserved communities and led initiatives in staffing, DEI, and organizational development. During this time, I founded Impact Student Success, a separate nonprofit created to fundraise and expand academic services for low-income families whose students required support beyond what schools could provide. At EVO Payments, I partnered with the C-suite on implementing global HR strategy across 11 countries, supported IPO readiness, and launched corporate social responsibility initiatives focused on youth education and financial literacy. Earlier in my career, I helped build HR infrastructures for fast-growing organizations by developing policies, workforce planning, and talent development programs aligned to business growth.In addition to my corporate and nonprofit work, I am a certified birth doula, supporting minority and low-income families through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care.
