Scientific assessment & competitive framing of broad “on demand” requests from R&D Units & Top Management, including those relating to emerging countries (eg, assessment of scientific innovation in China), and emerging science & technology (eg, antibody formats, nanotechnology, gene therapy, regenerative medicine.). • Formal member of multifunctional dedicated R&D task forces from various R&D Units, including Oncology (eg, immuno-oncology, antibody drug conjugates.) & Biotherapeutics (antibody expression from mammalian cells, cGMP production of recombinant adeno-associated viruses & lentiviruses.). • “Ad hoc” competitive intelligence contribution to support the due diligence process for external business opportunities across a broad range of technologies (eg, single-walled carbon nanotubes for continuous in vivo monitoring of analytes, development of insulin-secreting cells from embryonic or induced pluripotent stem cells.), and product candidates (eg, biomaterial surgical sealants, gene therapy, immune checkpoints modulators, T cell genetic engineering.). • Day-to-day selection, comments and posting on a dedicated competitive intelligence portal across global R&D of scientific, clinical development & business news relating to the gene & cell therapy fields.
