OneGoal\'s mission is to close the degree divide by ensuring that every student has an equitable opportunity to achieve their highest aspirations. As the Senior Director of Postsecondary Success at OneGoal Bay Area, I lead the strategic execution of our Year 3 (Y3) Program, the critical transition phase from high school graduation through the first year of postsecondary education.In this role, I set the regional vision for differentiated advising to ensure Fellows persist in their chosen pathways and move towards long-term success. To drive these outcomes, I manage a team of postsecondary advisors, coaching them to meet rigorous targets for advising, financial aid completion, and persistence. I also cultivate strategic partnerships with postsecondary institutions and community-based organizations to build a robust ecosystem of support that serves our Fellows\' enrollment and completion goals. By leveraging data-informed strategies and collaborative leadership, I work to ensure that our Fellows successfully navigate and complete high-quality postsecondary pathways that lead to long-term economic mobility.
