I maintain full ownership of the daily 8am Ops meeting. I continue to excel in daily planning for our MOCVD/Characterization tools, publishing lineups for cleanroom technicians, facilities, engineering, sales, and logistics. I provide continuous updates on issues across all departments of our site and manage work schedules for the cleanroom. I handle PTO approvals in Employee Connect and Kronos systems, including new break and lunch entries. I support the transfer of our MOCVD toolset and update the Operations dashboards in CR2 and CR3 with EPIX CTT and EHS issues on a daily/weekly basis. I persist in supporting the Facilities team with daily tasks and scheduled maintenance. I oversee the scrubber canister inventory and Tabware management, support the ROSCO process, and manage the Hydride and MO source inventory spreadsheet. I am available to my team and the engineering staff at all hours, including weekends and holidays. Our FY24 overtime goal has been under 4%, with an average of 1.2%. I am a member of the Coherent-EpiWorks EHS team, a CPR/First aid team member, part of the Facility Response Team, and the Biweekly EHS Facility Walk-Through Team. Despite lower production demand this year, we have achieved high yield and zero safety incidents. For FY25, we will continue to deliver high-quality products to our customers while transferring each growth and characterization toolset. I am eager to continue my career with Coherent in FY25 and beyond. Committed to safety, doing things right, and staying focused!
