Responsible for the Ecommerce vertical growth across D2C, Market places, B2B, Expansion to UAE and also into Cross Border Commerce-Handling the entire process of creating a website for D2C, promoting the SEO to optimize the traffic for improved conversions and enhanced customer experiences, monitor close tracking of GA4, Meta business suites, Google search and cloud consoles, overlook the health and hygiene of the website metrics to have error free and smooth checkouts, bring in enhancements to ensure a delighful experience to customers in line with the days trends and technologies- Bring in new market places onboard to expand the brand presence, use data metrics in sync with the market trends and develop products that are the need of the hour, develop good rapport with the POCs to leverage better throughputs, create suitable ads and campaigns that will promote higher CTRs and impressions to the brand and achieve a good ROAS- Closely work with Adobe Cloud Commerce team, Microsoft D365, Exotel, Zendesk, etc- The 1st HnB Furniture brand to be onboarded on Myntra portal- Explore new markets like quick commerce for the Brands Home Decor and small furniture category- B2B furniture platforms to cater to misc needs of the customers for customised and bulk order opportunities- Expand to global markets with UAE D2C and Market places initiated- next in line to have a cross border Commerce- further reach out to Architects, affiliate sales opportunity exploration- Have been an active core individual heading multiple facets of New digital initiatives for the Brand- Heading the Organisation as an acting Head of IT for about 8 months- Leading many other tech projects from scratch.
