ABOUT PATRICIA MILLAN

Patricia\'s passion for Real Estate flourished in 1988 through her family-owned business, which developed 50 single homes in Hialeah Gardens, FL. Her role as the company\'s V.P. inspired her to get her F.L—Real Estate License in 1993. After completing \"Los Alamos Development,\" Patricia moved on to servicing the Miami-Dade South Broward communities as a Realtor Associate, later becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2006. To this date, Patricia has been certified as a Residential Specialist as an International Property Specialist and has also taken educational courses on Distressed Properties, Foreclosures, Relocation, and Luxury Homes Marketing. Patricia has also been among the Top Producers of the R.E. companies she has worked with. Patricia\'s passion for her career led Patricia in 2015 to start her own Real Estate Company, Evolution-Realty Group, and to accept the Broker position at Million Realty in 2017. In addition, Patricia also enjoys contributing to our community through the non-profit organization, The Miami Brickell Rotary Club. Needless to say, Patricia is seen as trustworthy by her clients and peers.
