During this time, he earned multiple Recruiter of the Year awards and the Account Manager Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding performance.After completing his MBA, Pat advanced to the role of Chief Operating Officer at a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in health information management and health IT professionals.
