Pat was born and raised in Delaware County Pennsylvania where he graduated from Villanova UniversityOriginally from Delaware county, Pat his wife Kate have been full time residents of Ocean City since where they raised their three children JP, Marly and Maddie. Each of them “have sand in their shoes” and spend plenty of time in OC.Pat graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Business Administration.
