   Worked as Lead Operations Supervisor and spearheaded the entire gamut of operations from the construction of the MOPU to startup including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and inspections of equipment and systems at Sharjah Lamprell. Planned, supervised and coordinated all activities in the area to meet functional objectives. Perform activities in a wide variety of cross-functional areas including project engineering, process engineering, production engineering, etc. Provided leadership to the team by managing effective resource allocation, enhancing the capability quotient of team members, driving higher team engagement, setting up goals, and conducting performance reviews. Liaised with Shift Controller/Team leader and other operating unit supervisors for any upset or off spec product re-routing. Supervised operations activities during shut down or start-up of units or during any other critical operations to ensure compliance with operating procedures, best practices, and plant/equipment safe operating limits. Ensured adherence to pertinent regulatory requirements and to departmental policies, practices, and procedures (P & ID, PFD, Operation manuals, SOPs, safety procedures and industry protocols.
