Reporting to : MD and CEOPresently working at WILO - MATHER AND PLATT.• Manage all Aspects of Manufacturing to achieve the Target• Promote, oversee, motivate and evaluate all Dept. Heads.• Determine annual production goals and KRA’S.• Manage all cost associated with Manufacturing (Labour, material, Capital Equipment etc.)• Work closely with R&D to create new product line.• Drive continuous Improvement efforts to improve quality and reduce cost.• Foster and maintained relationship with key accounts, working closely with sales.Key Accomplishments:• Increase Turnover from 2050MINR TO 3020 MINR• Increase EBIT to 5 % from last year loss.• Cost Reduction by 5% by saving and Optimization.• Establish and streamlined MRP process to Auto MRP in SAP.• Actively Interface between DESIGN and manufacturing to Improve First Time Quality to 95 % hence resulting in productivity Improvement.• Reduction of employment in Assembly by 15 %, still improvement in production output by 25 %.
