Consultant and facilitator to the CEOs and executive teams of the world’s most successful enterprises on leadership development, emotional growth, problem solving, working together as teams and effective communication. Over the last two decades, I have worked across 50+ countries and with individuals, with one clear aim – unlocking the ability to leverage EQ and create impactful interactions. A firm believer in the philosophy of \"individual growth, together\" and in the power of experiential learning, my work includes facilitating executive retreats, working 1-on-1 with CEOs of global corporations, and teaching courses to alumni of top business schools including Harvard Business School and Berkeley Haas. As a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) for the Young President\'s Organization (YPO), the premier global leadership organization for chief executives, I train members on establishing and moderating their own forums and work with them and their spouse/partners on personal and interpersonal growth. In addition to my work with YPO, I am co-founder of Upside (a visual problem-actioning coaching method.) I am a certified trainer with the (Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Institute (EIDI), a Master Trainer at Alumni Forum Services, Master Trainer at Points of YOU, Facilitator at Forum Within and a certified coach with Million Peacemakers.    Million Peacemakers is training Peacemakers around the world in its simple yet powerful three-step conflict resolution methodology, Nonflict. Since its launch, over people across 23 countries have been trained in Nonflict. Million Peacemakers has received awards from the YMCA and from YPO, and Nonflict has been taught at renowned universities and business schools worldwide.
