The day after I graduated from UConn I hopped on a one way plane to Seattle, WA. I then spent the next two months riding my bike across America. Yes, a bicycle, with no motor, for 3,245 miles. Just me, Google maps, and the open road. During my journey I tackled snow, rain, getting lost, exhaustion, dehydration, and several flat tires. I thought of quitting several times a day. Despite the high winds, steep elevation, mental and physical fatigue, and Cliff Bar overdose I kept pedaling. I\'m that person. Once I say I\'ll do something, it\'ll happen. Now I put that perseverance to work as a Commercial Business Development Program Associate at Pratt and Whitney. I\'m well versed in relationship building, procurement processes, strategic planning, team management, and event coordination.
