My role involves owning the Compliance Framework for the above businesses, engaging with Regulatory bodies (RBI, IRDAI), drive compliance implementation projects with Product and Tech, provide consultation to Business and build internal controls and drive Audits.Previously in Amazon I lead the newly created Credit Management Team, overseeing proactive identification of risk in Amazon\'s corporate customers globally across diverse sectors including AWS, Ads, Devices and Retail with a total Portfolio size exceeding $24bn. My tenure at Amazon, has been instrumental in fostering a culture of strategic risk evaluation and enhancing accounts receivable collections.Prior to Amazon, as a Credit Risk Underwriter at Standard Chartered Bank and Axis Bank for India customers, I managed a portfolio of over $2bn across diverse segments including MSME, Mid Corporate and Supply Chain Finance, honing my analytical skills and mastering negotiations with Business. My experience across diverse functions in Credit and Risk underscores my commitment to maintaining a robust risk driven culture through operational excellence.
