I serve as EDR\'s Principal for Cultural Resources, GIS, & Visualization services. In addition, I support our firm\'s Marketing team and recently managed rebranding the company. I provide technical oversight for project deliverables including cultural resources surveys, archaeological investigations, State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act consultation, as well as senior strategic support for EDR\'s Environmental and Renewable Energy teams. I have more than 20 years of professional experience in cultural resources management, historic preservation, and environmental permitting. I am a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) who meets the Qualifications for the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Archaeology and Historic Preservation (per 36 CFR 61). Technical Expertise: Cultural (Archaeological and Historic) Resources; Archaeological Investigations; Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Applications; Historical and Cartographic Research; Heritage and Preservation Planning; Visual Impact Assessments (VIAs); Environmental Permitting Strategy and Compliance; State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO) consultation; Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act; the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); State Licensing and Permitting (including NY, OH, MD); New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).
