Pat Finn is the Founder and Head Coach of The Rubicon Results Institute, an international coaching organization dedicated to helping people break patterns, expand performance, and achieve lasting transformation in work, wealth, and wellbeing.With more than people coached worldwide, Pat has built Rubicon Results on the belief that real success begins when people cross their inner Rubicon — the point of no return toward growth, freedom, and self-mastery.Before founding Rubicon Results, Pat was a Senior Leader and Trainer with Landmark Worldwide, where he facilitated transformational seminars that reshaped how thousands of participants lead, communicate, and create results. His work continues that tradition — blending mindset mastery, high-performance psychology, and real-world accountability to help clients unlock extraordinary outcomes in their businesses and lives.Beyond coaching, Pat brings decades of creative and entrepreneurial success. As an Emmy Award-winning Executive Producer, he founded Rubicon Entertainment and Results Producers, producing and running shows for major television networks including NBC, Lifetime, MTV, VH1, FX, Discovery Health, GSN, and The Hub. His direct-response marketing firm has helped clients generate over $550 million in product sales, launching brands such as Smart Chopper and AeroBed, and partnering with companies like Sony and Royal Caribbean.Pat is also deeply involved in the non-profit sector, having raised more than $5 million for humanitarian causes, including Hope Hospital in Haiti.On camera, Pat has been seen as the host of several national television programs, including Shop ’Til You Drop, Big Spin, and The Joker’s Wild.Today, through The Rubicon Results Institute, Pat helps individuals, teams, and organizations elevate their performance, align with purpose, and achieve results that last — from the inside out.
